Service
PDF Mixo provides browser-based document tools and career preparation features. The current service is offered without a paid subscription. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product develops.
Your responsibility
You must have the right to open, edit, convert, sign, or share every document you use. You are responsible for reviewing exported files, maintaining backups, confirming signatures and redactions, and verifying career documents before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Do not use PDF Mixo to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, process documents without authorization, or interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts
You are responsible for access to your sign-in account and activity under it. Free-plan limits may apply. You can delete your PDF Mixo account data from the account page.
No professional advice
Document suggestions, resume checks, interview guidance, and generated drafts are general tools—not legal, immigration, employment, tax, or financial advice. Verify important information with a qualified professional.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PDF Mixo does not guarantee that every PDF font, scan, form, encryption method, or complex layout can be reproduced perfectly. Always compare the exported result with the original before use.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDF Mixo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, missed opportunities, or errors in a document produced through the service.
